Planning application overview

St John’s Wood Square Ltd  submitted an application to Westminster City Council for Planning Permission for the redevelopment of the former St John’s Wood Barrack and 1-7 Queen’s Terrace in 2014. The application was approved by the council in April 2015.

The two applications submitted were for the St John’s Wood Square Project, consisting of the Main Proposals for the redevelopment of the Site and Listed Building Consent for alterations to the Riding School. The Development will comprise 163 residential units, consisting of 147 apartments in 8 blocks, 16 houses and the conversion of the existing listed Riding School for private ancillary leisure use, as well as new public realm and landscaped areas.
